Why a Life Coach?

Most of us begin our journey through life with some ideas and plans that we belive will make us both successful and happy. We go to school, form relationships, get a job, all is going well until...WE CHANGE.  There's no stopping change or the desire to create what it is we want out of life. This is personal development. At some point, we begin to think we want something that make us happier and better people. Some of us start turning our lifes around, by making a plan and figuring out what to do. Most of us, though, feel overwhemed by the life we 've already created, the attitudes we've become comfortable with: we just don't know what to do. Or raher, where to begin. Consider calling a Life Coach to start.

Here are some things a Life Coach can help you look at and make decisions about what you want to change for the better, how to do it and give you encouragement and support while doing so:

  • Create a Vision of what you want.

  • The Necessity of Goal Setting.

  • Discover the How To's.

  • Work, love, relationships spirituality - where you're at, where do you want to be, how to stay balanced in the process.

  • What quality you want to develop.

  • How to set yourself up for success.

  • Recognizing your achievements

Barbara Stephen, the staff Life Coach with Stress Management Center, is wanting to hear from you if you want a more fulfilling life and don't know if you can or if you can't do it alone. Call now -(321) 783-5592 to schedule a FREE in person or on telephone consultation.

Before you do, ask yourself the following questions:

  1. Do you really want to change? Unless a person really wants change, they aren't willing to change.

  2. Are you motivated to change? Others can encourage you and help you with your changes, but the motivation to actually make them is up to you,

  3. Do you believe you can change? What do you believe creates your actions, thoughts, decisions - it is who you are.

"TRUE CHANGE IS WITHIN; LEAVE THE OUTSIDE AS IT IS."
