Calm Heart and Peaceful Mind

Clearing the breath for a calm mind and peaceful heart.

Reason? To enjoy what we are doing that day.

How: Sit comfortably in a chair with hands resting easily in your lap.

Close your eyes and pay attention to your breath. Keep breathing in and out.

Pick a breath. Lightly inhale. Immediately start exhaling by gently exhaling until you just can't exhale no more.

Do at least 3 times or as many as you want. When you're finished, open your eyes.

Drink a glass of water and notice how you feel.
