Torsion, not Stress or Tension.

Many people, and certainly our clients, believe that although they are having a lot of STRESS

in their lives ( and it's evident in their muscular and physical health), that you can't have life without STRESS. They also say that there is Good Stress and Bad Stress. What if you don't really have to experience Stress and Tension? What if we could think about developping a high level of TORSION that will help us avoid those things altogether? Torsion is the ability to be both flexible and capable of holding steady even when weighed down at high levels: without undue tension that might cause a breakdown somewhere or come to live in our necks, backs and shoulders. Think breathing, MASSAGE, YOGA, meditation, work, solitude, Strengthening, Stretching, REIKI and the BACH FLOWER REMEDIES. It all comes back to us, what we're willing to do for ourselves so that we can avoid Stress or Tension and develop Torsion.
