What Kind of Mood Are You In?


When we wake up smiling, we might say to someone, "I'm in such a great mood!". If other people aren't in the same great mood, they might feel threatened, annoyed, depressed or skeptical depending on 2 things: their personality type (maybe they're always bored, anxious, removed . . .) and how they're feeling at the moment. What we are feeling is often dismissed or considered a psychological issue that requires attention. Sometimes medical attention is needed and if so, seek help right away. Life is to be lived and enjoyed, so get on it if you dread the day. There are many ways to change how we view our lives and the passing moods. Going outside and just breathing can be an immediate thumbs up.
