Living Reiki - Level1 Class
Healing Energy for Yourself and Others
What will you learn: You can use your hands to channel healing energy to you or to your loved ones. Reiki means Healing Energy, and it is a positive, beneficial practice recognized by the Florida Department of Health.
On Living Reiki Level 1 Class you will learn how to have good intent; how to clear and balance your chakras; how to be a channel for Reiki; the standard hand positions to help different symptoms; how to quiet your mind; and how step by step to give yourself or others a Reiki session.
Who can come: Reiki is for everyone, regardless of profession, age or religion, who wants to learn easy energy healing techniques for the body, mind and soul. Nonprofessionals can treat themselves, their friends, families and loved ones with no exchange of money - only desire and trust
